Visited on December 1st and the food was very good, as were the atmosphere and service. Highly recommended. We had sauerkraut and beef stew.

Small gathering, big atmosphere: the Christmas market is getting ready...

We received a very warm welcome, even though we hadn't booked on this public holiday. The restaurant filled up very quickly, and after enjoying our meals, we understood why. Many thanks.

Excellent experience at this restaurant. While passing through the area, we booked online and received a quick, positive response. The food, service, and location are top-notch. 5 stars for the cordon bleu. I recommend it.

Absolutely delightful and memorable meal here, booked by email a week earlier without issue for a solo diner - warmly greeted by the proprietor who has a calm and patient efficiency and command of the room - even though it got busy quickly, she gave a masterclass in table management and food and drinks came out quickly and efficiently. Had the evening special of baeckoffe which was rich and unctuous with fall off the bone chunks of beef in a flavorful vegetable laden broth. Crème brûlée for dessert along with proper vine and spirit pairing recommendations made for a memorable meal and occasion overall. Reservations are pretty much obligatory Recommended.

We received a quick response to our online reservation request. The setting is magnificent and the restaurant is well-spaced; the tables are well-spaced. The welcome from the owner is warm and friendly. The menu is varied. There were three of us, and our various requests were met positively. The starters and main courses are generous. The cuisine lives up to the setting: perfectly cooked, simmered and flavorful sauces, delicious side dishes, and high-quality meats. You can order excellent Alsace wines by the pitcher at reasonable prices. For dessert, we indulged in Irish coffees. Perfectly presented! In short, a wonderful evening in a cozy atmosphere enhanced by the owner's great kindness. We will be back!

I had a great time at this restaurant. The sauerkraut was delicious! Even though I was alone, I received a very warm welcome. When I come back to Turckheim, I will definitely book a table there.
