A charming little restaurant offering about ten dishes. It's not very big, so it's best to book ahead. The owner is very friendly and attentive to his customers. There's no menu; everything is on a chalkboard that's moved from table to table. The penne with chicken liver was excellent, as was the burger. A unique feature of the restaurant is that you can sample absinthe with expert guidance from the owner. A glass costs €12, but it's worth trying. A good place for a pleasant evening.

A very friendly team, a top-notch welcome, and hats off to the chef who provides us with delicious, flavorful, and generous cuisine.
This is the fourth year we've organized our company Christmas meal here; it's so enjoyable and delicious that we come back every year, and most importantly, everyone is happy.

In short: Whether you're used to Michelin-starred restaurants or just a young person like me who didn't feel like cooking and just wanted to have a great time, you absolutely must try this restaurant. I guarantee it: you'll love it as much as I did!
A warm and welcoming restaurant where you immediately feel at home. Lazar and Vincent do everything they can to ensure you have a pleasant time and a memorable culinary experience.
With a bit of luck, you might even hear—or ask for—genuine advice from passionate food lovers. (Thanks again for the recipe for your pepper sauce!)
And above all: let yourself be tempted by their famous blue cheese sauce or their chili butter. Listen to them; they know what they're talking about.
A huge thank you also to the chefs, the true unsung heroes. Their talent shines through in every dish, especially in the perfectly cooked meats.
And no excuses! The Austerlitz parking garage is literally opposite the restaurant and costs next to nothing (8:30 pm–11:30 pm: only €2 on weekdays). While you're paying for parking, take the opportunity to sincerely thank them with a tip they richly deserve.
Beware of their delicious absinthe, which can be treacherous if you drive home, or better yet, take a taxi!

What a discovery!
First of all, the staff were fantastic: a manager/waiter and his chef, both incredibly friendly.
The menu changes regularly, but I was able to try three dishes from the current one, and what a surprise!
All were delicious and beautifully executed, an explosion of flavor.
The pepper sauce was incredible, the meat tender, the spiced duck sublime, and the smoked chicken risotto with its rich jus exquisite.
I highly recommend it!
