Great pub, the food is plentiful and the beers are varied and flavorful! The downside: the service is at the bar, and during peak hours, many customers become unscrupulous and cut in line.

09/06/2026: Le Tire-Bouchon is, for me, the best place in Strasbourg to enjoy excellent sauerkraut; it offers the best value for money in Strasbourg. Of course, there are other, more well-known places, but their prices are exorbitant. I've been there several times, both for business and pleasure, and I've never been disappointed. Well done to the whole team! 🙏❤
09/06/2026: Passing through Strasbourg for the day, we had a lovely time and enjoyed two superb traditional dishes! 1000% recommended!
