We had the opportunity to dine at L'Adresse twice during our two visits to Vals-les-Bains, and each time we had a wonderful time. The dishes are excellent, well-presented, and inventive, and can be paired with a good wine list. The terrace overlooking the Volane is very pleasant, and we received a warm welcome. We will definitely return on our next visit to Vals-les-Bains.

Fantastic. Dinner here felt like being hosted in the owner’s home. The ambience delightful on the terrace above a small waterway. Service was excellent, warm and gracious. The food was tops. We had the freshest hummus, cold fennel soup with smoked salmon, stuffed guinea foul, and tart almandine. What a delightful experience.

A superb restaurant where everything is homemade. We thoroughly enjoyed this inventive and excellent cuisine. The welcome was also perfect. The hidden terrace at the back of the restaurant is a lovely surprise.

03/01/2026: A local institution since my youth, I loved going there with my grandparents and parents, and I love going there now with my children. It's often very crowded, but the waitresses manage the terrace well. You have to take your time, and the place is ideal for having a good time.
03/01/2026: Fantastic ice cream shop! The ice cream is delicious and the waitresses are very friendly! I highly recommend it.
