As a Scandinavian I found it quite good, but not amazing, which it could become. It needs a slightly more authentic touch and maybe some Scandinavian desserts, f ex waffles with brown cheese and raspberry jam.

I first came to buy smoked salmon from the deli counter. It was delicious, melt-in-your-mouth tender, no complaints there. So I came back a second time, but I was rather disappointed: the slices all contained sinews/stringy tissue, unpleasant and inedible, which really spoiled the experience for salmon of this quality (and price).
