L'ALCHIMISTE sur Gennevilliers

A real gem of a restaurant discovery this summer! I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a restaurant with an oriental atmosphere. We had a wonderful evening. Plus, you can book the entire venue for a wedding or birthday party. During our visit, there was a wedding upstairs, and downstairs, the dining area was open with an oriental ambiance. We loved it, and the food too. There's a shisha lounge and a restaurant area.

While passing through the area, we discovered this delightful restaurant two years ago. The service was efficient and warm, the team exceptional, and the cuisine delighted our palates just like the first time! L'Alchimiste has once again exceeded our expectations. The highlight of the evening was a talented and generous musician who created a truly memorable atmosphere... thank you to the team at L'Alchimiste for this wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Great restaurant with excellent food, I highly recommend it! However, I was very surprised to be charged €1 for an aluminum container to take home the rest of my meal. Since I have a sleeve gastrectomy, I never finish my plate and always ask for a container to take away. This is the first time I've ever seen a restaurant charge for this. I think it's a shame to have to pay to get back a meal you've already paid for. Another minor complaint was about the cashier, whom I found rather unpleasant. On the other hand, the waitress was very friendly and professional.

Appetizer and main are great. No alcohol place too. Amazing duck confit. And love the baked duck fat potatoes.

Excellent food. One minor drawback: the atmosphere, as the music was a bit loud for my taste. Service was adequate and reasonably quick. However, be aware that there is no alcohol served in the restaurant. A very pleasant surprise, as the food was truly excellent!
