L'Alchimiste Restaurante sur Saumur

Quite simply wonderful, my partner and I came with no more expectations than that and yet from the first step the service was impeccable. Coats taken from the locker room, new cutlery for each dish, etc. The restaurant has a marked identity without existing only through it. I had read before coming that there was only one person in the kitchen and indeed the size of the room does not require more, but we never felt like we were waiting. The same goes for the service, I only saw one person the whole time and yet we never had to ask for anything. Copious and spicy cuisine, truly for me it was the highlight of my stay in Saumur.

I highly recommend this address, the welcome is excellent, the dishes exquisite, the presentation magnificent, the setting very beautiful and neat, quality price, seasonal products, paintings on our plates, what more could you ask for, it's perfect. Thank you don't change anything

The dishes are delicious but too sampling, we were left wanting even though we knew that it was this type of gastronomy. In addition, the service is far too slow given the number of customers. As for the price, it is contained with regard to the research which each dish is subject to.

Very pleasant place five minutes walk from the center. Limited card, guarantee of quality. Inventive and delicious cuisine, table and plates beautifully decorated and presented. Pleasant service, a little long if you are delayed from the other tables (no entry, you will wait for the other customers to have theirs). This must be explained by the presence of only one person in the kitchen and is compensated by the perfection of the dishes served. Limited number of places, remember to book. Reasonable prices and good times guaranteed. Do not hesitate.

The food is fantastic, very well served. High cuisine and original. The service is excellent. Do not expect any cheap price or abundant food, this restaurant is perfect to test supreme quality and only fine dishes.

Quand un restaurant est bon il faut le dire et quand il est parfait il faut l'essayer. Celui ci est bien plus proche de la cuisine gastronomique que du restaurant traditionnel et pourtant les prix sont aussi proche qu'un bistrot normal alors je vous prierais d'y aller celà vaut vraiment le détour et surtout ambiance coucouning la patronne est vraiment des plus agréables au Petit soin pour chacun de ses clients. Les assiettes sont dressés comme dans un 5 étoiles les produits sont tous frais et cela se ressent très nettement au palais. Aux amateurs de bon restaurant proche du gastronomique aller y les yeux fermés et je vous assure que vous ne serez pas déçu. il mérite vraiment d'être connu et reconnu. Merci a vous pour cette belle soirée et ce repas qui sera dans les meilleurs que nous ayons manger sur Saumur.

Un superbe restaurant avec goût tant dans le cadre , la table et dans l’assiette ! Le service vraiment parfait comme on n’en trouve plus. La cuisine de goût et excellente je recommande et j’y retournerai avec grand plaisir
