We regularly eat at L'Alexain. The food is very good. The dishes are beautifully presented. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The service is quick. The setting is magnificent. It's a place where you feel comfortable. We highly recommend it.

Highly recommended! We got a seat without a reservation. The service was impeccable, with excellent recommendations and very attentive staff. The food was delicious and served very quickly. All in all, a truly top-notch experience!

The staff is impatient and unresponsive to guests. Quick ordering, long waits. If you don't speak French or English but do speak German, they won't understand you.

The ambiance is fantastic, a real draw, but the *service*, if you can even call it that, is abysmal. You get what you order after a bit of a wait, but then they insist you don't order anything else; even getting the bill is a hassle. It's a shame, because the atmosphere is lovely and the food is acceptable. The staff desperately needs more training!

04/07/2025: Had a nice meal (canard) at an attractive price compared to Belgium. Good service on the terrace, beautiful setting with fountains and palm trees, gives some 'grandeur' to the whole.
02/07/2025: Lovely hotel only let down by the gentleman on the bar / reception. Felt like we were an inconvenience for being there.

12/01/2026: A wonderful Christmas celebration at Restaurant Muller. The extension is magnificent. The service is very professional. The meal was perfect, congratulations to the kitchen team!
01/01/2026: A very pleasant stay to celebrate New Year's Eve. The entertainment, however, needs improvement for this evening; the entertainer wasn't up to par. Aside from this minor drawback, a very pleasant stay as usual.
