The raclette was good; the cheese was high quality and flavorful. However, the price seemed a bit high for what was offered. The charcuterie is extra, which isn't always the case in other establishments, and this further increases the bill. The service was adequate without being particularly warm: the servers weren't very smiley or welcoming, which is a shame. Special mention, however, goes to the bartender, who was really friendly and pleasant. We were also rushed to leave around 8:30 pm, even though the reservation specified that we would have the table until 9:00/9:15 pm for the second seating, which was disappointing. A good place for raclette, but the value for money and the service could be improved.

We stopped in Briançon and were craving an excellent Tartiflette. I have to say it was really good... the wait was a bit long, but it was worth it. Prices were average.

The welcome was perfect; we didn't have to wait long for our food. The restaurant owners were very friendly and professional. We had a fondue bourguignonne, which was excellent. A very good restaurant. I recommend it.

23/02/2026: Very welcoming, large room right in the heart of Briançon's old town. Very varied menu.
08/02/2026: Lisa, Lucas, and the whole team are simply delightful. I recently organized a seminar there, and my entire team, as well as myself, were thrilled. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the chalet-style rooms are very cozy, and the food is delicious, carefully prepared, and offers excellent value for money. I come here regularly for overnight stays, and it's always a real pleasure. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

16/02/2026: A relaxed and friendly atmosphere on a February lunchtime – a perfect day for snow! Very good burgers on baker's bread, also available in brioche buns. Lots of choices. Nice draft beer. Very pleasant waitress. Thank you.
