Honestly, it's good 😌 The servers are welcoming and friendly. 🙂❤️ I recommend it for some. It will be a nice memory of Briançon.

This restaurant was a fantastic discovery! The mountain and local cuisine was excellent, using quality ingredients and expertly prepared. They also have a great wine list, and the service was impeccable and quick. The staff and owner were very pleasant. What more could you ask for? Highly recommended!

Passing through the region at the beginning of July, we had a wonderful evening at L'Alpin restaurant. The establishment offers perfectly executed mountain cuisine, with a strong emphasis on supporting local producers and short supply chains (special mention for the cheeses from Ferme de Pralong and the must-try donkey ear gratin). As a lover of fine food and wine, I particularly appreciated the carefully curated wine list, boasting 90 selections, which perfectly complements these flavorful dishes. The authentic setting on Rue Centrale and the impeccable service from Chef Jimmy Sarron's team complete the experience perfectly. A warm and refined restaurant that I recommend without hesitation.

Restaurant located in the city center; reservations are recommended. Excellent service, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the food was truly delicious. Very high-quality ingredients. We would definitely return.

An excellent all-you-can-eat raclette. Our stomachs couldn't handle it, though. The cheese was excellent, and the service was very friendly. We had made a reservation. We'll be back.

24/07/2026: Excellent service. And we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
23/07/2026: Very kind und decently fast service despite a full restaurant. The bun/ burger was delicious and the fries as well. We also ordered a good cheesecake as a desert, can only recommend it :) unfortunately the salad was not enjoyable.. cannot say what it was exactly.. Nonetheless. Would go there again!
