Excellent welcome. The raclette cheese is exceptional, as is the porcini mushroom fondue. The service was attentive and very friendly. We highly recommend it and wonder why we didn't go there sooner during our stay in Briançon.

A restaurant with a mountain atmosphere, the place not to miss for a delicious raclette or tartiflette! Hearty and tasty dishes, and the staff is incredibly attentive. A restaurant to try when visiting Briançon 😊

Very well received, lovely setting. The food varies depending on the dish; I was just disappointed by the acidic foie gras, the bone marrow was excellent, and the porcini mushroom fondue was good. Quite expensive as a result.

A 100% mountain atmosphere from the moment you step inside, with a wonderfully warm wooden decor that works perfectly, even in the sweltering heat of September. The service is professional and polite. Even out of season, the restaurant was nearly full, so reservations are essential during peak periods. They serve delicious, hearty mountain fare: fondue, tartiflette, raclette, as well as pork, lamb, homemade fries, and a local specialty for dessert: tourtons du Champsaur. Prices are a bit high, but typical for a mountain restaurant.

We had dinner at L'Alpin on our last night in Briançon because most of the restaurants in town were closed. We thoroughly enjoyed a Briançon-style crusted meat and a sweet pork stew with sweet potatoes. Simply excellent. The service was top-notch, and the decor was beautiful. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

24/07/2026: Excellent service. And we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
23/07/2026: Very kind und decently fast service despite a full restaurant. The bun/ burger was delicious and the fries as well. We also ordered a good cheesecake as a desert, can only recommend it :) unfortunately the salad was not enjoyable.. cannot say what it was exactly.. Nonetheless. Would go there again!

23/08/2026: The food was very good, however the owner was not up to par, making small remarks and having a peculiar sense of humor, not at the level of such a good restaurant, a shame but fortunately the lady raises the bar.
22/08/2026: Fifth visit, and just as enjoyable! We always come back with pleasure. High-quality service and cuisine. A real treat. Excellent value for money.
