The food is very good and very generous. I'm taking off one star because they don't accept restaurant cards. I don't understand why restaurant owners complain about supermarkets accepting restaurant cards, but there are so many supermarkets that they refuse to accept them.

The quality, both in terms of service and food, was simply incredible.
We were welcomed like we were at a friend's house.
The all-you-can-eat raclette was amazing, the charcuterie was truly excellent, I practically rolled out of the restaurant!
I'll definitely be back as soon as I return to Briançon!

Welcoming place, very friendly staff, and excellent food. The raclette is incredibly generous, and the way it's served is a wonderful experience. This is our second year back, and we'll definitely be back in the future!

The service was quick and pleasant.
The Savoyard fondue, though, needs improvement, even though it's a classic. Too much cornstarch and, in my opinion, no Beaufort cheese at all; you're actually looking for the cheese strings. It's more like a béchamel sauce with Gruyère. A bit disappointed 😞

The restaurant has a very pleasant decor, and booking on their website was a breeze. The welcome was warm, and all the staff were lovely. On top of that, the food is excellent! The beef fondue was superb, the meat was flavorful, and the sauces were, indeed, quite remarkable, especially the one called "trapper." We highly recommend it!

We had a very good time. The food was good and the service impeccable.
However, I'm giving it 4 stars because I witnessed a Dutch family with a child being refused a table on the pretext that it was reserved, and then 5 minutes later a couple (without a child) were allowed to move to that same table. Of course, no reservation had been made... very disappointing.
