I absolutely love it!!! The number 1 burger place in the 05 (Hautes-Alpes)!!!!! Only fresh ingredients and original recipes!!! The menu is incredible! Kazdal offers burgers with local beef, chicken, duck, veal, lamb, and especially for me, as a vegetarian, they offer vegetarian versions of all their meat-based recipes—it's fantastic! But they also have bowls like in Japan 😉 Their homemade sauces transport you! Pad Thai just like in Bangkok! Salads with local goat cheese, and their vinaigrettes with local walnut oil are also a real treat!!!!! And the absolute best part, despite the generous portions, is the absolutely divine homemade dessert: a flourless and butter-free chocolate fondant, incredibly creamy, with a touch of local hazelnut oil 😊!!!; a perfectly cooked tiramisu!!! And my absolute favorite, the unmissable salted caramel cheesecake 💖💖💖 absolutely divine! Thank you for this little culinary journey to your restaurant!!!! Okay, it's my go-to spot, but after all these years I just had to leave a fantastic review!! Thank you to the team!! You're the best!!! Kazdal in Briançon: a sure bet since 2013 to be precise! Kazdal is one of those Briançon restaurants that we've known for years and always return to with pleasure. Located in Central Parc, on Place de Suse, the restaurant has a real personality. As soon as you enter, you discover an original, colorful, and completely unique decor. Wood, paintings, objects, lighting, and a small terrace give the place a warm and relaxed atmosphere. You can feel that the place has soul. But of course, the most important thing is what's on the plate! Kazdal is particularly known for its burgers and homemade fries, but the menu doesn't stop there: international cuisine, daily specials, salads, and seasonal suggestions offer a change from the traditional burger. Special attention is paid to the ingredients: artisanal breads made by a baker, meats from the Hautes-Alpes region, local cheeses, and fresh, locally sourced produce. During our visit, we once again enjoyed a wonderful meal. Generous portions, quality ingredients, perfectly cooked dishes, and a simple yet appetizing presentation. I also appreciate the friendly atmosphere of Kazdal. You can come and eat at your leisure, enjoy the terrace when the weather is nice, and have a pleasant, unpretentious time. When a restaurant stands the test of time while maintaining its personality and loyal clientele, it's usually no accident. I recommend it. The burgers and pad thai were excellent. My wife was very disappointed with the goat cheese salad; it looked nice but there wasn't much of it. The decor is stylish and peaceful. Cleanliness was adequate, nothing more.

While passing through the area, we enjoyed an excellent meal and perfect service. We tried the burgers, salads, and bowls. The chef's touch and the fresh ingredients made this a truly delightful experience. Top-notch service. Thank you again, we'll be back!

Polite and helpful waitress. Excellent food at a completely reasonable price. I ordered lamb chops and the next day a vegetarian burger. Both dishes are excellent.
