L'Amandier sur Carcassonne

A wonderful place with a delicious vegan menu. Since I'm vegan and my husband isn't, we were able to eat comfortably. The place was very clean, the prices were good, and the lady who served us was delightful, even making an effort to speak Spanish. Highly recommended.

I was invited on a Saturday. We were served much too quickly for my liking (45 minutes for the meal). The setting is pleasant and unusual.

I loved everything. We had dinner on the terrace in an intimate and cozy atmosphere. The food was delicious. My partner is celiac and I'm vegan, and we had no problems at all. Highly recommended.

Lovely restaurant with good vegan options!

We'd not found many vegan options in Carcassonne so very happy to find the cassoulet on their menu. Didn't disappoint, an excellent meal in a lovely setting with friendly staff. Who could ask for more.

A very good experience. We were looking for a place to eat with vegetarian and vegan options, and this restaurant surprised us. Besides the fact that everything was delicious and the dishes had a balanced flavor, the price was reasonable. If we return to Carcassonne, we'll definitely come back. Also, despite not speaking the language, the waitress made an effort, and we understood each other perfectly. ☺️

We had the vegetarian cassoulet, which was delicious. It's great to see a restaurant with several vegetarian options, which has been hard to come by in Occitania. Great service too: helpful without being overbearing.

Quality products and well-cooked (well-seasoned). The vegan cassoulet was a great alternative, very successful. The setting is pleasant!
