We've been coming to L'Ambassade for 25 years, and Patrick Olry hasn't changed a bit: he still delights our taste buds and continues to surprise us with his creativity. The quality of his dishes is excellent, as is the wine list. And the staff is incredibly attentive and always smiling. We'll gladly be back!

A truffle-themed menu. Superb service. Impeccable service, with special mention for the young sommelier who guided us through each course with passion and excellent advice. Thank you so much. We wanted to celebrate this special occasion at a great restaurant, and we'll definitely be back.

For the 2nd of the new year 2026, I chose the Balade menu. The menu was a complete surprise. Both my eyes and palate were delighted. I won't go into detail, but I've attached two photos. Everything was excellent. I will definitely come again.

We had dinner here with my husband this evening, and the meal was excellent. Each dish was a delightful discovery and delicious. The welcome was warm, and the staff were truly outstanding, especially when it came to the cheese course, offering helpful advice. The chef's friendly farewell at the end of the meal was a nice touch.
