We had a wonderful evening at this restaurant, ideally located at the foot of Amboise Castle. The cuisine was delicious and inventive, featuring seasonal ingredients; we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The staff were very pleasant and had a great sense of humor. We will gladly return.

Excellent meal! The dishes were beautifully presented and delicious; we thoroughly enjoyed it! The service was impeccable. I highly recommend this restaurant, which is just a stone's throw from the castle!

Excellent restaurant. The menu offers a good selection to suit everyone, at a reasonable price considering the quality of the dishes. Everything was delicious and the portions were generous. All this with impeccable service and lovely staff. A very enjoyable experience.

No complaints about this restaurant located just steps from the castle. We were seated without any problem after 1:30 pm. The service was quick and the dishes were truly excellent and full of flavor. Everything is homemade. The decor is very modern. We had a great time; I highly recommend it.

We came for the tartiflette night, which intrigued us, and what a great idea it was! The ticket included a drink (delicious cocktails, by the way), tartiflette, and dessert, plus access to the upstairs area for the DJ. 🪩 💃 All the staff were incredibly friendly and dedicated throughout the evening, both with the food and encouraging us to dance. A special thank you to Lola, who kept us laughing on the dance floor! We look forward to coming back for one of your future events 💫

18/01/2026: Excellent, peaceful, with only fresh, homemade products; we had a lovely afternoon tea. Really great, and the gourmet tea for €10 is something I highly recommend.
30/10/2025: With only one tiny café/brasserie open and packed inside Clos Lucé, we were forced to venture out again, all six of us, to find somewhere to eat. We didn't have to go far: just across the street was Le Maître d'Art. We pushed open the door without knowing what to expect. A warm welcome awaited us, and we were quickly seated. The menu was short: a good sign indeed... and the dishes were well-prepared and delicious. The service was quick. We received a generous and delicious afternoon tea, the likes of which I'd never had before. I commend the owners of this establishment for being so welcoming, unpretentious, and excellent.

08/12/2025: The L’Alliance restaurant in Amboise, slightly out of the way, offers truly excellent, flavorful, and well-prepared cuisine that is definitely worth the detour. The service is adequate, if not exceptional, and the somewhat underwhelming setting doesn't quite do justice to the quality of the food. A great place to eat well, despite an atmosphere that could be improved.
22/11/2025: Excellent cuisine, with real attention paid to allergens. Quick and friendly service. The restaurant is unfortunately not very busy, but we had a very pleasant evening and our taste buds were delighted.
