Absolutely delicious. All the dishes were as good as they were beautiful.

Thank you again to the chef for this exceptional birthday evening. Everything was perfect, from the warm welcome to the impeccable, attentive, and prompt service (no interminable wait between courses), and of course, the dishes themselves, presented like masterpieces and boasting delicate and sublime flavors. A feast for the senses. The cooking and seasoning were flawless. The wine pairings perfectly complemented the dishes. The chef's kindness and availability were greatly appreciated, along with his humor and explanations about the dishes and the origin of the ingredients. This was our second meal here, and we will return with great pleasure. The thoughtful touch for the two birthdays being celebrated was much appreciated. What more can I say, except that this chef truly deserves a Michelin star.
