Les petits tabliers sur Vence

A restaurant I wholeheartedly recommend, especially if you're a wine lover. A small menu of high-quality dishes. Exceptional desserts. The service is truly top-notch; you can tell they know their menu inside and out. From the street, you can't miss the lovely little terrace on the other side of the restaurant.

One of the best meals we had on our trip. Food and service were excellent. The menu changes daily. Loïc pointed us in all the right directions from wine to food to dessert. We kept saying we couldn’t take another bite but kept on going! Rice pudding to finish with the sorbets are a must!

The setting is gorgeous, the staff is incredibly friendly, the food is excellent, the wine selection is superb, the recommendations are fantastic—in short, it's perfect. It's easy to see why you need to book a table in advance. I would have given it 6/5 if that were possible 🙏🏻

Absolute Perfection at Les Petits Tabliers!This is, without a doubt, the best meal we have ever had in Vence. From the moment you walk up, the entrance completely belies what is waiting for you inside. The atmosphere and ambience are absolutely fabulous, and the gorgeous, fairy-lit garden at the back of the restaurant is a stunning, deceptive surprise. It has instantly become our new favorite restaurant.The food was nothing short of exceptional. We started with the beautifully cooked encornet grillé (grilled squid), and for the main, the grilled red mullet was cooked to absolute perfection. The clean plates at the end of our meal spoke for themselves!What elevates this place just as much as the food is the service. The staff are incredibly friendly, warm, and highly efficient. The owner, Loïc, was wonderfully attentive and his wine knowledge is second to none. He curated brilliant recommendations focusing on the local region, including a spectacular white wine that paired beautifully.Traveling with dietary restrictions can be stressful, but they were fully aware of gluten-free requirements and accommodated them with absolute ease. Every single dish was seamlessly adapted to be gluten-free, meaning I didn’t feel like I missed out on anything at all. Loïc even went above and beyond, kindly recommending other local businesses just down the road that cater perfectly to gluten-free needs.To be completely honest, we are almost reluctant to leave this review because we would love to keep this place as our own little secret—but it is simply too good not to praise. It is the biggest hidden gem in Vence and we cannot commend Loïc and his team enough. A spectacular place!

We just had the most wonderful 3 course dinner plus cheese plus desert. The food was very delicious and well prepared and the service was very good and friendly. We had the most amazing Cornas!! High recommendation, we will most certainly be coming back!
