We had a truly timeless experience in the hammam. We opted for the package that included access to the hammam, a black soap scrub, and a one-hour massage. The hammam is very clean and the services are excellent. We enjoyed a delicious mint tea to conclude our escape. We were so completely relaxed that we lost track of time. Thank you.

I received a gift certificate for a half-hour massage, and I was expecting something quick. Instead, I had the pleasure of experiencing true relaxation, with a complimentary tea at the end. Visited Le Hammam Biarritz after a long journey from New York City to Paris via Nice, then Paris to Biarritz. When we arrived, we were exhausted and looking to spend some time between our arrival and check in for our residence. The Hammam was PERFECT. The staff is warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. They treated us with kindness and respect as we tried to communicate with them in the very little French we knew. The facilities were clean and fragrant. The Spring Reset service we received made our skin feel so soft and light. At the end, they served us a sweetened mint tea and a cookie. Truly an amazing and relaxing experience. If you are ever in Biarritz, I would HIGHLY recommend you visit here.
