Very friendly team. Pleasant welcome and clear explanations of the process. We were lucky enough to have the hammam all to ourselves, ideal for a private Turkish ceremony! The facilities are superb, the team welcoming, and the service excellent. We will definitely be back.

Having received a hammam, scrub, and massage package as a gift (the whole experience lasted 2 hours), a young brunette woman took care of me from beginning to end. She was lovely, gentle, and caring. The hammam was clean and not overcrowded (very pleasant), allowing me to disconnect and relax. Mint tea and biscuits were offered in a "relaxation" corner with reading material available. A superb place in Biarritz, and what's more, there's free parking near the hammam! 👍

What a discovery! A gentle welcome, cleanliness, and the hammam allowed me to release my physical tension while shutting off my mind for a session... To finish, a Moroccan pastry with a delicious mint tea in a beautifully decorated room. In short, I highly recommend it...

We love this place but were disappointed during our last visit. No essential oils and no end-of-day cleaning. So it wasn't very clean. Hair and body hair in the locker rooms and the steam room. And a bad damp smell that's usually covered up by essential oils that must have been forgotten. Disappointing.
