Excellent restaurant, very professional service, good value for money, and everything is homemade. The atmosphere was wonderful; we happened to be there on a Sunday with a group from an association singing Basque songs. A real treat! Thank you.

An excellent restaurant to enjoy simple, flavorful, and authentic Basque cuisine. I loved my first lunch (charcuterie and tripota) so much that I returned the next day for a second (ttoro and cod). Many Biarritz restaurants offer a modern take on local specialties; here, you'll experience the true essence of local gastronomy. Impeccable cooking, beautiful and unpretentious presentation, excellent drinks, and professional yet friendly service: absolutely no complaints. Thank you so much for these delightful meals!

Lunch on the terrace; the service was quick and very pleasant.
The local platter was authentic and delicious, the Basque chicken was a real treat, and the homemade Basque cake was one of the best I've ever had.
I'll be back!

Having not stayed in the rooms, I can't give the restaurant 5 stars, though it certainly deserves them.
The restaurant offers good value for money, and the service is friendly and relaxed, inviting you to discover the consistently delicious dishes. If you're coming to Biarritz, make a reservation, as this restaurant is always full during peak hours.
I always enjoy returning.
