I absolutely loved this Basque restaurant in Biarritz! At LTB - La Table Basque, everything is in place for a wonderful experience: A warm welcome from a particularly pleasant and always smiling host, which immediately puts you at ease. As for the food, the Basque dishes are delicious and generous. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality. I highly recommend this place, whether you want to discover or rediscover Basque specialties in a friendly atmosphere!

Excellent restaurant, very professional service, good value for money, and everything is homemade. The atmosphere was wonderful; we happened to be there on a Sunday with a group from an association singing Basque songs. A real treat! Thank you.

An excellent restaurant to enjoy simple, flavorful, and authentic Basque cuisine. I loved my first lunch (charcuterie and tripota) so much that I returned the next day for a second (ttoro and cod). Many Biarritz restaurants offer a modern take on local specialties; here, you'll experience the true essence of local gastronomy. Impeccable cooking, beautiful and unpretentious presentation, excellent drinks, and professional yet friendly service: absolutely no complaints. Thank you so much for these delightful meals!

I had lunch at this restaurant. Foie gras, grilled hake, and Basque cherry cake. Delicious, and the waitress was extremely kind :)

Having not stayed in the rooms, I can't give the restaurant 5 stars, though it certainly deserves them. The restaurant offers good value for money, and the service is friendly and relaxed, inviting you to discover the consistently delicious dishes. If you're coming to Biarritz, make a reservation, as this restaurant is always full during peak hours. I always enjoy returning.

03/05/2026: Location is amazing. Beach, shopping, dining and scenic spots all a quick walk away. Staff is very friendly and try to be as helpful as they can. The room was tight, very close quarters. That’s okay if you only need the room for sleeping and a quick shower but if you plan to spend any length of time in the room, consider a larger accommodation. Hotel shows equipped with AC but it is seasonal and unfortunately beginning of May temps did not bring the switch from heat to AC so we were very warm. Opening the windows to bring in the ocean air helped but with that came the noise and smell of the cafe and diners below. As well as the flies. That made for a rough night. We started the day tired and bug bit, but wiser….”always call ahead and ensure the AC is turned on”. Overall the hotel was fine for an overnight stay that was a whim to hit the beach for Labour Day.
03/05/2026: Excellent hotel, very good location, comfortable rooms although the bathroom is poorly lit. The most outstanding thing about the hotel is the reception staff, super friendly, attentive, and helpful. I recommend it without a doubt. Alberto Tabanera de Lucio
