What a beautiful table, the cuisine and service were so gentle and joyful! A spontaneous dinner on Friday evening, a table for two available, and a culinary discovery that was well worth the trip! Flavors from elsewhere that blend perfectly with local products. A delight! A good restaurant isn't just about the quality of the food; it's also about the service and the warm welcome, which at L'Impertinent were impeccable!

A must-visit in Biarritz! Every time we travel from Strasbourg to Biarritz, we return to this restaurant with great pleasure. It has become a true favorite for us! The welcome is always exceptional, with lovely, smiling, and attentive staff. The chef is simply excellent, and the quality of the food is consistently outstanding! Highly recommended!

The meal was very good, but the service was extremely slow. We chose the five-course tasting menu, and there were no amuse-bouches; it's the first time we've ever not had them in a fine-dining restaurant. The meal itself was very good, we have no complaints there, but the service was incredibly slow. We were the first to arrive at the restaurant, but other customers were served before us, even though we had finished our plates quite a while ago. For example, we waited literally an hour between the last course and dessert, and other people received their dessert before us even though they hadn't waited nearly as long. I don't know if we were forgotten or if the organization was poor, but the slow service ruined our evening, especially since we also had to take the bus home, and it only runs hourly. It's a shame because the waitresses were really very kind and pleasant; perhaps we were simply overlooked, I don't know, but apart from that, the meal itself was very good. As for the ambiance, the speakers could perhaps be improved, as they crackle a bit and the sound isn't pleasant, especially with music that has a lot of bass. Special mention for their iced tea, which is delicious.

A gourmet restaurant without the fuss, almost "come as you are!" Perfect when you want to enjoy the balmy end of the day on the terrace. It was lovely there last night! Warm, pleasant, and efficient service. Refined and surprising cuisine, the pan-seared foie gras and the lobster dishes were excellent! A perfect wine selection. Not to mention the delicious homemade bread! Bravo to the Chef and his team! We'll be back!

We have had the pleasure of coming to this beautiful establishment for many years. We have seen it evolve, grow, earn a well-deserved Michelin star, and now, write a new chapter. More than a renovation, it’s a true evolution. The kitchen is now open to the dining room, the décor is magnificent, blending modernity with a few retro touches, and the atmosphere is more relaxed and welcoming, all while retaining the elegance that defines the place. The restaurant’s lunch service and takeaway options also demonstrate a strong desire to evolve, surprise, and continue reinventing itself. But what keeps us coming back, year after year, has never changed. Exceptional quality ingredients, remarkably precise cooking, and a creativity that surprises us with every visit. Behind every dish, you can sense an immense amount of research, thought, and technical skill. Yet, nothing seems complicated: everything is just right, balanced, and puts the ingredients front and center. And then there's Sarah. Her warm welcome, her kindness, her professionalism, and her ability to guide us with passion, whether in choosing dishes or wine pairings, are an integral part of the experience. What touches us most is this authenticity that we rediscover with each visit. Despite the years, the awards, and this magnificent evolution, the spirit of the restaurant has remained intact: simplicity, passion, humility, and a sincere desire to please. A truly fantastic experience from start to finish! The setting is magnificent, and enjoying the terrace on this pedestrian square creates a truly magical atmosphere. The welcome is incredible, so warm and kind that you immediately feel at ease. The food is flawless: remarkably precise, perfectly balanced, and incredibly fresh. You can feel a deep respect for the raw ingredients, enhanced by perfectly controlled cooking and exquisitely crafted combinations. To top it all off, the wine pairing was divine.
