There are restaurants where you come for the food. And then there are those where you also return for the people who bring them to life. L’Impertinent is one of those. We have had the pleasure of coming to this beautiful establishment for many years. We have seen it evolve, grow, earn a well-deserved Michelin star, and now, write a new chapter. More than a renovation, it’s a true evolution. The kitchen is now open to the dining room, the décor is magnificent, blending modernity with a few retro touches, and the atmosphere is more relaxed and welcoming, all while retaining the elegance that defines the place. The restaurant’s lunch service and takeaway options also demonstrate a strong desire to evolve, surprise, and continue reinventing itself. But what keeps us coming back, year after year, has never changed. Exceptional quality ingredients, remarkably precise cooking, and a creativity that surprises us with every visit. Behind every dish, you can sense an immense amount of research, thought, and technical skill. Yet, nothing seems complicated: everything is just right, balanced, and puts the ingredients front and center. And then there's Sarah. Her warm welcome, her kindness, her professionalism, and her ability to guide us with passion, whether in choosing dishes or wine pairings, are an integral part of the experience. What touches us most is this authenticity that we rediscover with each visit. Despite the years, the awards, and this magnificent evolution, the spirit of the restaurant has remained intact: simplicity, passion, humility, and a sincere desire to please. A lovely, simple, and efficient experience! I adored the Reine Claude plum dessert with crunchy almond ice cream and creamy fig leaf! We'll be back tomorrow.

A truly fantastic experience from start to finish! The setting is magnificent, and enjoying the terrace on this pedestrian square creates a truly magical atmosphere. The welcome is incredible, so warm and kind that you immediately feel at ease. The food is flawless: remarkably precise, perfectly balanced, and incredibly fresh. You can feel a deep respect for the raw ingredients, enhanced by perfectly controlled cooking and exquisitely crafted combinations. To top it all off, the wine pairing was divine. A truly exceptional place where you can feel the passion at every turn. Thank you to the entire team!

This gourmet restaurant has reopened in a new format, now with a café area in the mornings! A successful gamble, excellent iced latte and cake, I'll be back to try the rest!

amazing food, impeccable service. also very friendly and knowledgable staff. we enjoyed the menue with wine, which made everything even better. we had a perfect evening for our wedding anniversary. and we are looking forward to coming back when we are in the area again. big thanks to the brilliant chef and his whole team. we have been back a few times since: same as above :) As always everything was perfect an it was a pleasure!
