We were passing through Colmar, we discovered this bar and it was really top notch. The staff is more than friendly and very smiling, despite a very busy terrace. We even came back 2 days in a row. Small charcuterie and cheese board to share as well as the excellent flames.. I highly recommend this place.

We preferred to have breakfast in Colmar rather than at the hotel... and we don't regret it, the place is very charming and the service very pleasant. Several effective breakfast formulas to start the day, for us it was the tonic formula and it was perfect.

Café with terrace in a busy square in Colmar.
We sat down to have something light and continue our visit to the city. It took them a long time to take note of us. The man who served us was quite dry, when he brought us our order we asked him for additional dishes because we were going to share and he only brought one. We also asked him for napkins and he passed us by, we finished quickly and left there. We were uncomfortable, and the square turned out to be too bustling.

We had dinner on Saturday evening and found a seat immediately.
The waiter Hugo is very kind, polite and friendly. Thanks for the welcome. Fast service.
The tarte flambè are excellent (from around 11 to 15 euros), the pizzas are a little less so.
Good reisling and beer.
The little square where it is located is nice, a little quieter than the others.

Cet établissement a du potentiel ! En effet, les flamenkuches étaient très bonnes, la pâtes maison, très fine, au top et son assortiment correspond à tous les goûts (saumon, chèvre etc.).
Cependant, le service… des serveurs peu aimable, ayant du mal à sourire. Rajoute à cela beaucoup d’attente pour 4 flamenkuches (20/25min) pour finalement en avoir 3 puis demander la quatrième qui n’était finalement pas envoyée en cuisine.
En somme, expérience client moyenne, bon potentiel !
