L'Ancrage sur Saint-Malo

I had fond memories of this exceptional restaurant I discovered three years ago. The couple who run it (the lady at the reception, charming, delicate, and attentive, with an eye for detail to ensure everything is perfect; the gentleman in the kitchen, overseeing an absolutely divine menu) have embraced the restaurant business with the dedication of a religious convert, structured to satisfy every customer and leading a highly professional and friendly team. This level of quality is something we wish could be found everywhere. My seafood sauerkraut was a complete delight, deserving a 22/20, a superb glass of Reuilly, and to finish, a Breton far with a vanilla sabayon confirmed that this restaurant is a must. So much so that I've already booked again for four days from now! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

After a warm welcome and helpful advice, we chose langoustines and the fish of the day. They were cooked to perfection ✨ I highly recommend this restaurant where the owners are dedicated to serving high-quality, seasonal products.

Fantastic experience at this great restaurant! We received a warm welcome from the entire team, and a special mention to the owner, Véronique, who knows her stuff and makes you feel comfortable and offers excellent advice. The ceviche is to die for; you can tell the menu is updated regularly and the ingredients are fresh and prepared with care. We highly recommend this place for food lovers!

Great place, very friendly and wonderful food. I've never had better risotto in my life, and topped with the freshest cod I've ever had!! The hostess is fun, and friendly and full of energy! Absolutely must go!
