Ideally located, the cuisine was refined and well-executed, it's a shame the dessert was partially thawed in the center of the mousse... The service was impeccable, the ambiance a bit dark, nice for a romantic dinner for two, a little too subdued for a dinner with colleagues

The decor and ambiance of L'Apostrophe restaurant are pleasant. The dishes are tasty and excellent. The price is still a bit high.

Acceptable, yes, with some tolerance. The service was acceptable; when they place the wine bottle on a nearby table, it usually means the server is keeping an eye on each person's glass, which wasn't the case here. Regarding the food, it's a shame about the hand-cut steak tartare. I suggest they change suppliers; the tartare was tough, and it wasn't fillet, given the establishment's (upscale) image. As for dessert, the popcorn for sharing was a shocking taste.

Excellent cuisine. It's sophisticated without being pretentious or lacking in quantity. A starter, main course, and dessert are more than enough. The welcome and atmosphere remain warm, and the staff are very friendly. The setting, with the Erdre River visible through the bay windows, is magical.

11/04/2026: Excellent food and perfect service. The dishes are beautifully presented and delicious; it's a pleasure to frequent an establishment where they still know how to cook well. Everything is homemade, and the welcome is warm. The price is justified. I highly recommend this place.
