The crêpes are exceptional, thanks to both the quality of the ingredients and the skill of the crêpe makers. In short, this quality begins with a perfectly crisp and flawless crêpe batter, and continues with top-notch ingredients, both for the classic crêpes offered year-round and for the original and delicious creations. 22/07/2026: I've been a guest of the Belem team three times this year (including tonight). The service is always warm and friendly, and the managers (Sabine and Nicolas) are very attentive; they also offer a wide variety of seasonal menus. The customizable crêpes are a great option and come in generous portions, and I highly recommend the Merlin crêpe for dessert. Go check it out; I'll definitely be back ;)
