Brissac is usually our picnic spot away from Montpellier and its asphalt. We'd noticed this nice, simple place. We finally decided to go. This establishment is worth the detour, as much for its minimalist but high-quality menu, its very well-made dishes, its friendly welcome, and, above all, its excellent value for money!! The home-cooked food, in the best and truest sense of the word, will definitely delight you!! Can't wait for next time because we'll be back!!! I highly recommend it!!!!
