The place has ambition, but the food doesn't quite live up to it yet. The burrata lacked creaminess and was served cold in the center, with a haphazard seasoning on the pea purée. The "crying tiger" main course suffered from a lack of direction: a little bit of noodle, a little bit of rice on the side, and an overly salty soy sauce that overwhelmed everything. It's unclear where the chef is going with it. For such high prices, one has the right to expect more precision and coherence on the plate.

Excellent food. The chef is incredible!
The wine list, especially the Chinon, could use a bit more explanation. The atmosphere is warm but could be a little more cohesive. A must-try!

A delight... for the eyes as well as the taste buds.
We feasted: goat's milk crème brûlée, foie gras éclair, cod loin, duck breast, not to mention the desserts... everything was delicious!
The service was discreet yet attentive, the elegant decor allowing for true privacy... an address to treasure.

Excellent. Highly recommended. We enjoyed the daily specials menu on May 8th. Refined atmosphere, delicious and generous portions – just right. A real gem of a restaurant we stumbled upon while traveling.
