Refined cuisine, the dishes served are very pretty and the flavors are equally well thought out in the mouth.
The 7-sequence service is very well paced and the quantity is perfect because we are full at the end
I recommend Sea Buckthorn to anyone looking for a culinary experience.

It was on the initiative of my two accomplices and cycling comrades, as well as their wives, that we were able to have lunch this Saturday noon at Argousier. It was a very nice discovery with beautiful “plates” to devour with your eyes and to taste with pleasure and discovery. A big congratulations to the Chef and his team, everything was perfect for us. A big thank you for this very nice gift offered by my crazy stiff friends on the occasion of my retirement.

You don't just get served food here: you get served real art. The best chef ever. I've been to a lot of good restaurants. This chef far surpasses those previously known. I would give 10 stars if I could. Price performance unbeatable. One should also mention the very good service. Looking forward to next time. We immediately reserved for the following month.

This one is the BEST MICHELIN restaurant i’ve ever been. And I have been in more than fifty different michelin restaurants in different countries for past two yrs.
This one is best, no doubt about that. Menu is heavenly fantastic, service is excellent.
You will feel more than welcome, you definitely have to make a reservations and try it.

We had dinner at L'Argousier twice in three days. And it was always a wonderful experience. The very good food, appropriate wine accompaniment and the very personal, guest-oriented service made a huge difference for us compared to many other top restaurants. We wonder why L'Arbousier doesn't have a Michelin star yet.
Many thanks to Mr. Birkenstock and his entire team for these two extraordinary evenings! Full marks!

War heute zum ersten Mal im L'Argousier und wirklich begeistert. Das Restaurant bietet zwei Menues die wie man mir sagte alle drei Wochen wechseln. Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen und durfte auf der schattigen Terasse Platz nehmen. Ich bestellte das 5 Gang Menue und die Weinbegleitung dazu. Jeder Gang war ein Gaumenschmaus und die Weine passend. Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen und werde sicher wiederkommen.

Un endroit idéal pour se faire plaisir dans un cadre épuré et agréable. Une cuisine osée et sublime par un chef qui se soucie de ses convives. Bravo a lui et à sa petite équipe mais ôh combien efficace et professionnelle. Une valeure sûr dans un Pays de Bitche et Sarreguemines où l'élève a dépassé le maître. Les quelques étoilés du secteur n'ont qu'à bien se tenir.. Longue vie à Jonathan Birckenstock et son bel "Arbre" si fièrement arboré dans ses plats
