L'Aromate était très bon… L'INSTINCT est excellent ! Original, surprenant, plein de saveurs, de recherches. Des produits frais… Une cuisine entièrement maison (même la raviole tapenade et trois fromages ! Et quel délice ! Un effiloché lapin/canard aux légumes du moment il fallait y pense… Bravo pour l'accuiel et le service

17/08/2024: I did not stay at the hotel but ate at the restaurant for lunch. I took the menu for 32 euros with starter, main course, dessert, since I have a sweet tooth and I like to discover regional specialties, I tasted it and trusted our waitress who was professional and kind.. From the aperitif, wine and dishes everything was excellent.. I had a great lunch in this very beautiful and very nice restaurant. Everything was perfect. Best wishes. Looking forward to returning to your establishment because the region is very nice and I will definitely come back.
