A moment where time stood still! Thank you to the entire team, from the waiting list reservation to a last-minute request. A wonderful family moment with our little ones, and a fantastic team of servers who were both excellent in their service and in their interaction with the children. Thank you!

The three of us ordered various dishes from the menu. All the dishes were of good quality, but unfortunately not very hot, which was a shame. The desserts were absolutely stunning, both visually and in terms of taste. What they create here is Michelin-star quality – congratulations! The prices were very reasonable for what we consumed. We received excellent advice on our wine selection. Making a reservation is definitely recommended.

A wonderful evening with fantastic dishes. The dessert was magnificent and worthy of a Michelin star. The wine recommendations paired perfectly with the courses, and the staff, including the maître d', were efficient, attentive, and truly customer-oriented. We'll be back!

We were really looking forward to the food after reading the great reviews. The amuse-bouche was very good. The appetizer was delicious. Unfortunately, the main course was a huge disappointment. We had chosen the lamb, and it was completely raw inside. I don't think this cut of meat is suitable for quick cooking like a fillet. It was marbled with fat, which is normal, but raw fat is really inedible. The waitress also looked a bit surprised when she came to collect the plate. Unfortunately, we hadn't cut the meat in half crosswise, otherwise it would have gone straight back. It's a real shame; perhaps the recipe should be reconsidered. The dessert was excellent, but we received a different one than the one we had ordered. The waitress then brought us the correct one separately. This made up for the disappointment of the main course a little.

A wonderful discovery in every way. The setting is lovely; the little courtyard leading to the restaurant is incredibly charming. The staff are exceptionally polite, kind, and professional. The meals are exquisite (the daily menu is superb). Go for it!

Excellent experience at L’Arpège restaurant in Colmar. The dishes are delicious, prepared with high-quality ingredients and great finesse. The service is very pleasant and the restaurant has a warm atmosphere. A truly wonderful place in Colmar, I highly recommend it!
