If Google allowed it, I'd give it 6 out of 5 stars! We had a superb meal with the 3-course set menu. The value for money is the best I've ever experienced. The service is worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant, and the setting is magnificent and magical. And to top it all off, the owner is incredibly professional and kind. This is an exceptional restaurant for a truly special experience, offering refined, local dishes prepared with meticulous care and passion. Thank you for this wonderful experience; it's heartwarming to know that such establishments still exist.

Perfect and ideal place.
I celebrated my 24th birthday there. The waiter/waitress was pleasant and smiling, offering excellent advice from start to finish regarding both the meal and the wine.
I recommend it 500%!

Our culinary highlight during our gourmet and food-focused trip through Alsace was in Colmar. It was a fantastic dinner that we won't soon forget. I had mentioned my wife's birthday beforehand, and she was indeed presented with a bouquet of flowers, for which I am very grateful. It almost goes without saying that the service was very attentive and exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The dishes served were superb examples of French cuisine. The pictures speak for themselves. The atmosphere is particularly noteworthy, emanating both from the interior and fueled by the enthusiasm of the other guests. Of course, tourists (like us) come here too, but only those who know what to expect.

We had dinner at this restaurant and were absolutely delighted! The atmosphere is cozy and well-designed, the staff are friendly and professional. The dishes were excellent, made with high-quality ingredients, and the wine selection was impressive. I’m vegetarian and I had no problem finding delicious vegetarian options! A truly enjoyable experience, we’ll definitely be back!
