L'Artisan Gourmand sur Arras

04/04/2026: We used to come here a few years ago, but yesterday we were disappointed. The garlic sausage is not as good as the dry sausage they used to serve, and while the rillettes are still good, the portion is smaller. We ordered rib-eye steaks that were served cold... with fries that were still crunchy inside and the sauces were awful. Our plates were sent back to the kitchen, the food was reheated, but the meat was charred and tasted only of char. The very discreet waiter didn't come back to check on us. We knew this restaurant a few years ago and used to come very often, but we won't be returning this time.

16/03/2026: The hamburger was original and very good. The meat was of very good quality and cooked as requested. We received a very warm welcome from the staff. The sauces and fries are homemade and also delicious. Excellent value for money. We will definitely return.
