I've been going there for a few years now, I've never been disappointed, always a very warm welcome from the owner and/or staff, very good value for money at lunchtime and lots of choices on the menu… In short, I RECOMMEND IT 😉

So, my opinion is average, but it could improve. I've eaten there twice now, and the food was practically cold. It's certainly busy, but if it's packed every lunchtime, you need the staff to handle it. Last time, we had to ask the waiter if he'd forgotten us... It's a restaurant in a busy area, so everyone has a busy schedule. On the other hand, the food is good quality, and the service is pleasant when you see it. I hope we'll go back, and I hope to have a different opinion next time.

The warm and professional welcome from the attentive staff was greatly appreciated. The quality of the meat is impeccable, and the friendly atmosphere, particularly thanks to the smiles of the manager and staff, encourages a return visit.

It was very good. However, we wanted to take home the charcuterie board (which was very generous) and the leftovers from a dish, but we realized the next day that some of the food we asked to have returned (which we paid for) was missing. We were quite disappointed.

03/02/2026: After some confusion about the restaurant, I booked L'Absolu for my birthday, thinking it was a different restaurant I'd already visited. With my children, grandchild, husband, and me, we walked through the door with many questions on our minds. Honestly, we all unanimously had no regrets; we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, everything was delicious, and the dishes were beautifully presented. We had a lovely evening. I'm so glad I discovered this cuisine and this place, which I wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you to the staff for the warm welcome. A wonderful discovery!
