Excellent meal and very friendly staff, great advice on the Vin Jaune which we really enjoyed. Homemade cuisine with fresh ingredients.

Excellent restaurant. The dishes were superb (perfectly cooked ham hock and top-notch fish). The plates were beautifully presented and the food was delicious. A special mention for the cognac selection: we had the pleasure of tasting the Lheraud Petite Champagne Cuvée 20, served directly from a stunning bottle. A true delight—round, complex, and perfectly presented. Attentive service, pleasant atmosphere… in short, a fantastic restaurant in Dole that I highly recommend. We'll definitely be back!

What a pleasant surprise! It was our first time there as a family, and we received a very warm welcome. The meal was excellent. I highly recommend going. The staff there are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products.

The food and service were a very pleasant surprise. The children's menu was just as well-prepared as the adult menu. The bistro-style dishes were beautifully executed. We came as a family and also appreciated the air conditioning. The sauces were excellent and the dishes were cooked to our liking.

I came to eat there twice, two days in a row, to try the menu. The pork knuckle braised in beer was perfectly cooked; it melted on the bone. The duck breast with morel and Vin Jaune sauce was also a generous portion (400g), and the seasonal garnish was excellent. Finally, the wine served (Mâcon-Villages, Gamay grapes) was light and perfect to accompany everything. All this for a reasonable average price (€45 including the starter, main course, and wine). As for the quality of service, we were perfectly received and given excellent wine recommendations. The terrace was quiet, and the neighboring tables were pleasant. Thank you again for these wonderful moments, and please don't change a thing. We will cherish excellent memories of Dole thanks to you :)

The welcome from the owner was truly mediocre. Then the trout fillet was raw inside, making it impossible to eat the side dish, which was barely edible, as I was quite disgusted. When the bill arrived, the owner said he'd give me a 50% discount on the main course, but in fact, he only deducted €4 from my bill instead of €12. I do not recommend this place. Where is our old Atelier de Louis, where the welcome was warm and the food was excellent? Absolutely not recommended.
