I'm speechless at the thought of such passionate people who cook with love; that's what gastronomy is all about. I was surprised by the daring combinations. This is truly a restaurant that deserves to be highlighted and preserved.

We stumbled upon this restaurant and were instantly won over! The regional menu was absolutely delicious, culminating in a Vin Jaune soufflé with walnut ice cream – a dessert so subtle and refined you could savor it even if you weren't hungry. The friendly staff made for a truly wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful time; the food was delicious and the service was excellent. We were with our 3-month-old baby, and there wasn't room for a stroller, but they managed to find us a spot for the car seat. I highly recommend this restaurant.

At a time when fast food, crispy chicken, and other junk food are popping up everywhere, it's refreshing to find real food again! Whether you like it or not, this restaurant at least has the desire to offer homemade dishes with real flavor! And as for the price! Well, good food comes at a price, and in this case, it's not excessive. Keep up the good work, and thank you for this experience!

A very positive experience; the food was excellent and the flavors surprising. The service was top-notch, with our waitress being very pleasant and attentive. I highly recommend it. My only complaint is that one of the waiters was dressed so casually (sort of like pajama shorts) – a real faux pas in my opinion!

Special mention goes to the Vin Jaune soufflé, a true marvel and a signature dish of the restaurant. The plates are beautifully presented, generous, and above all, bursting with flavor. The service is also impeccable: smiling, attentive, and professional, without ever being intrusive. Le Gustalin is clearly a must-visit in Dole. Sincere, generous, and refined cuisine, a friendly team, and excellent value for money. A wonderful discovery and, above all, a place we'll be recommending to everyone we know.
