An excellent restaurant with a well-established reputation.
The duck breast tartare is a surprising and excellent dish.
My opinion of the Vin Jaune soufflé (a house specialty): the soufflé has the aromas of Savagnin wine, which is wonderful. Personally, I would slightly reduce the sugar in the soufflé, perhaps by serving it with a second ice cream, red berries for example, which would enhance the hot-cold contrast. This is simply a suggestion, and I can confirm that we had a very, very good meal!

Only roughly 30 seats inside. Does have a deck outside for extra space weather permitting. Highly Recommend booking in advance easily online. Wine choices are also excellent.

The restaurant has a pleasant decor and friendly staff, and I thank them because I was a demanding customer due to a tight schedule, but they were top-notch, the food was excellent, and the portions were very generous. Keep it up and good luck.

We had a reservation, and luckily we did! All the tables were occupied! But the atmosphere was cozy and intimate! And the meal was beautifully presented and delicious! The crispy calf's head was original and absolutely fantastic!
Well done to the team and the chef…

Typical restaurant with excellent quality products. Cuisine respectful of tradition. It was a pleasure to taste authentic regional dishes accompanied by excellent wines. The place is beautiful, the staff is superb! Congratulations!

The welcome was warm and the service was top-notch!
You can eat at your own pace; no one pressures you to leave the restaurant.
As for the food... absolutely delicious!
