And the cuisine is a feast for the eyes and an explosion of flavors for the taste buds, with ingredients prepared with love from appetizer to dessert. Honestly, what an oversight! 🍽 Tucked away in a courtyard, sheltered by centuries-old trees, this restaurant occupies a former textile workshop that has retained its character, high ceilings, and, of course, its metal beams. The modern decor has found its perfect setting. It's magnificent! 🍽 We opted for the mid-range menu, which offers excellent value for money. The ingredients are sourced locally whenever possible, and the dishes are seasonal. Naturally, we loved it! 🍽 I'll let you drool over the beautifully presented plates, elegantly arranged without unnecessary frills, and perfectly seasoned. The menu changes regularly according to the seasons and the inspiration of Chef Fabien Gauthier. The service is on par with the setting: friendly, professional, and attentive yet discreet. 🍽 We had a wonderful time.
