In the heart of Charlieu, near the abbey, don't be put off by the unassuming storefront.
The interior is pleasant and welcoming (with the option of an outdoor terrace at the back of the restaurant). Several set menus are available. We chose the "relaxed menu," and everything was truly delicious and generously portioned, from the appetizer to the dessert. The service was efficient and prompt. The restrooms were spacious and very clean (my bonus for the end, which sometimes spoils the experience... not here at all). I highly recommend it.

We ate there on Valentine's Day and weren't rushed by the waiters. The atmosphere was relaxed, the food delicious (I had the vegetable lasagna), and the service very friendly! I highly recommend it.

"An absolutely wonderful family moment, with a superb meal and service. The atmosphere was perfect, and we loved the setting.
The only slight drawback was the size of the room, which made conversations a little too audible. Despite that, it was a very, very good time!"
