We had a wonderful meal. The salad was generous, original, and delicious, and the dessert was the best madeleines I've ever had! 🥰 The servers were friendly, and the terrace, next to the fountains, had a lovely atmosphere. I highly recommend it for a stay in Dax.

A very pleasant brasserie right in front of the hot water fountain. A very warm welcome, a smiling and efficient waiter. The dishes are excellent, even the daily special. The chef masterfully combines quality ingredients with a perfect balance of flavors. The dishes are flavorful and original. Homemade cuisine from appetizer to dessert, bravo! 👏 Excellent value for money. A must-try! 😊

Excellent food at a very reasonable price considering the quality of the dishes and the impeccable service. My compliments to the chef who delights us every time. I absolutely recommend the salmon tartare; it's the best I've ever had.

25/02/2026: Good value for money in terms of food, pleasant location and terrace. Service needs improvement; the staff were friendly but slow and requests were not fulfilled (requests for bread and pepper never arrived).
25/02/2026: I was very pleasantly surprised by the food at this brasserie. The eggs mayonnaise were delicious, and the Italian-style beef tartare was really well prepared. It's a shame the service wasn't up to par; we waited over 30 minutes between the starter and the main courses. The tables around us were served before us, and then when I asked for pepper and bread, they said yes, and I had time to finish my meal without receiving them. A big thank you to the chef for his cooking. I hope this was just bad luck and doesn't reflect the overall quality of the establishment.

25/03/2026: On March 25, 2026, there were three of us for lunch. We ordered the set menu, which is the daily menu. What a wonderful surprise we had! Everything was excellent, from the appetizer to the dessert, with beautiful presentation for each course. And all this with charming staff. I will return with great pleasure. You can go there without hesitation.
17/03/2026: A very nice café, the food is delicious and the service is like being among friends. Even though the menu isn't very extensive, you'll find something to your liking.
