While on holiday in Sarlat, there are many restaurants to choose from, and this one was the right choice. It was truly excellent overall; the staff, the menus, and the prices were all top-notch. Its quiet location on the little street is a real plus.
I highly recommend this establishment.

A resounding success, flawless. Friendly, helpful, and efficient. Dogs are welcome, with a complimentary bowl of water provided without any request. Meals are served promptly, the waiters and waitresses are always attentive, available, and efficient. And they always smile. The set menus are well-balanced and generously portioned. The dishes are well-prepared and beautifully presented. Quality and quantity are perfectly matched. This is no coincidence, given the "Petit Futé" (a French restaurant guide) awards they've received since 2015, including the 2026 edition.

Charming restaurant with a lovely terrace.
Quick and friendly service.
Offers a vegetarian menu at an affordable price 🌿
The Rocamadour cheese appetizer was very good and beautifully presented.
The panna cotta was also very good. A slight disappointment with the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, as it wasn't very flavorful (we had pieces that we thought were zucchini, not porcini mushrooms) 🤷♀️

Lunch break during our exploration of the beautiful town of Sarlat on July 25, 2026, at 2:18 PM. A superb team took care of my mother-in-law and me. We ordered the "Salamander Platter" among other things, as we wanted to discover local products. What a pleasant surprise! This little restaurant is not only in a stunning setting of old stone, but the food was also fabulous! The restaurant accepts restaurant vouchers, which is great! The products are high quality, and the entire experience was perfect! And the service is incredibly fast; if you're in a hurry, no problem. We were delighted! Thank you to the whole team! You treated us to a wonderful meal!
