We had a great time. The welcome is warm and the cuisine is top notch. The beef steak is simply killer. And let's not talk about the desserts, a pure delight. The plates are generous and the price is more than reasonable. We recommend 100%.

As always, our experience was excellent! It's been a while since we've been here and it's still just as good. The welcome is warm, the atmosphere is cozy and perfect for a romantic dinner, the meal is excellent, the quality service is fast but still leaves us time to enjoy. Finally to summarize: go there with your eyes closed!! However, book! The Auberge des 7 Plats is famous in Le Mans and even on a weekday evening, there were a lot of people there. And there is now the possibility of booking online.

L'auberge des 7 plats, située au cœur des rues pavées du vieux Mans est un bel établissement, relativement grand (2 étages) qui propose une cuisine traditionnelle ainsi que certaines spécialités qui valent vraiment le détour. En effet que ce soit les traditionnelles rillettes, les œufs mollets au foie gras, l'incroyable pavé de bœuf en émincé accompagné de sa purée de pommes de terre aux champignons ou encore la brioche façon pain perdu tout est excellent, très bien présenté et en quantités plus que suffisantes. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et le rapport qualité/prix imbattable pour une cuisine de cette trempe, un must à découvrir d'urgence.

17/05/2025: At first glance, the discreet storefront and terrace don't really suggest that the interior has a very pretty setting. If you're vegetarian, you'll have a few options, and even if this one unfortunately isn't on the menu, a difference was made (the price of the veggie burger alone was similar to the price of the meat burger included on the menu; it would be nice to be able to include it from the start). The starter, vegetarian ravioli à la forestière, was super rich and delicious. The same goes for the veggie burger. The person I was with ordered a risotto and had complaints about the rice being cooked, but I can't judge that. As for the wait, nothing to report. Thank you to your teams!
10/05/2025: Came by chance, 4 of us had a great time on the terrace, a big thank you to the waiter Jordi and Jessica, we will come back with great pleasure

18/10/2024: We are offered to have an aperitif ok we ask for the card to have a drink, we are told that there is no card, you just have to ask me I have everything in my head however no price we blind order we scan the QR code on a table and there are not all the prices, it's average🤔 A hamburger (very good) and a glass of rosé 20€50
13/10/2024: Very good restaurant for lunch. The daily specials are always well seasoned. Possibility of falling back on burgers as there are no more daily specials. The only downside, the room is quite noisy when there are people and there are often people because it is very good!!
