We had a great time at the Grenier à Sel. The decoration is pretty, we appreciated the fact that the tables are spaced apart. Everything was perfect, the welcome, the service, the dinner... It was a treat, for the taste buds but also for the eyes. The wine offered to me was excellent. The staff is attentive while being discreet. We will come back, for sure!

For an important event for us, we tasted and enjoyed this menu and this place. The quality and originality of the dishes inspire you, the welcome and professionalism of the service is present and discreet. The wine list is very extensive and allows you to discover wines of fine origin. A moment in a bubble of pure pleasure and happiness. THANKS

Great experience!!! Wine Route in 3 days in 911 Carrera 4, Coming from Chartres. Everything was planned and above all reserved. Super Weekend in Alsace, Welcoming, Super Restaurant, Superb Wassone Hotel in Colmar. To do again and above all TO RECOMMEND.

05/04/2024: We had the pleasure of inaugurating the small lounge. Cozy atmosphere, with the outdoor terrace next door. Copious and tasty plates. A special mention for the chocolate fondant. Attentive service.
05/04/2024: Amazing new owners. Magical place with superb character near old Mans. Breathtaking value for money! I recommend the lingouines with scallops and the chocolate peanut fondant 🤤
