The service was truly warm and friendly, which is important to me.
The meat and foie gras were very good and plentiful.
However, the bread served with the foie gras was a major disappointment; it was really quite bad, rubbery, and didn't seem very fresh.
I sincerely hope this is addressed, as it detracts from the overall quality of the dish.

The 7 Plats Crêperie, 30 Meters Away
We had a wonderful meal at the new 7 Plats annex: a crêperie located on the same square, opposite Le Mans Town Hall. The service was quick and attentive, the savory buckwheat crepe with mushrooms was excellent, and the three-cheese crepe was incredibly generous and equally delicious. To finish, the traditional butter and sugar crepe was also excellent, all accompanied by a good cider with excellent value for money.
A very pleasant lunch at a reasonable price on this lovely shaded terrace in the heart of the old town. Kudos to the young and dynamic owner who clearly knows her stuff.

We were a group of 14. The servers were confused by our orders. We were served appetizers and main courses that weren't ours. The appetizers, especially the snails, were small for the price. The service was very slow. The servers' professionalism needs improvement. Some urgently need training. When it came time to pay the bill, there was a major glitch! We all paid more than we owed, and when we asked for a breakdown of our bill, we couldn't find our orders on the till screen. It's a complete rip-off, and you should definitely avoid this place. They didn't even offer a gesture of goodwill. Where are the seven dishes we ordered earlier?

I really like this restaurant. We eat very well there and the staff is always pleasant. On our last visit, we were offered a complimentary appetizer platter, what a treat! ☺️ It's a place I highly recommend.

Our experience was not that great. The main course arrived late ( we were sitted and gave our order first and 2 other tables arrived after us and they were served at the same time as us), the food was cold, one order was missing an item. The waiter was mostly unavailable in our area (table 35 1st floor).
