The restaurant is now run by Cyril after being bought by a couple of Dutch people and the atmosphere is now wonderful. The staff are friendly and great fun. Food is high end with chefs taking great pride in their work. Obviously the terrace overlooking miles of countryside and sea is very special. Highly recommend.

We ate at the restaurant for Christmas after 3 years having learned that the establishment was under new ownership and managed by Cyril. So happy to come back as the vibe was more relaxed and the food still amazing. Bravo to Cyril and the chef and team!

During a weekend trip near Caille, we stopped for lunch at the Auberge du Vieux Château. Magnificent! From start to finish, a true discovery… The shaded terrace at the foot of the castle with its view over the Grasse valley, the impeccable service, and the succession of dishes, each more delicious than the last 🥰 A somewhat risky choice, but one I don't regret! An address I'll definitely remember…

18/11/2025: Excellent bakery. The staff is welcoming and all the breads are sourdough! The pastries are delicious and the snacks are wonderful!
18/11/2025: My favorite bakery. I highly recommend the bread, which is made using traditional methods! The display is always beautiful. Marine always greets us with her warm smile. And I always leave with a pastry because they're irresistible.
