L’Auberge du Vieux Château is a true gastronomic gem. Every visit is an exceptional experience: refined, perfectly executed dishes that showcase high-quality local produce and artisans, all with perfectly balanced flavors. The staff is incredibly warm, always attentive, and genuinely concerned about the well-being of their guests. As for Cyril, he is passionate, kind, and deeply committed to the establishment. His presence and professionalism greatly contribute to making each meal a memorable experience. All this with exceptional quality for a gourmet restaurant of this caliber. A must-visit that I wholeheartedly recommend. For many years, this restaurant has been a welcome respite for me.

The restaurant provided a refined interlude for our daughter's 35th birthday. The food and presentation were exquisite, not to mention the warm welcome we received. A truly wonderful memory!

A very beautiful establishment in an ideal location. The staff were very attentive and welcoming! The room needs improvement; the "express" renovation leaves much to be desired, very poorly done and shoddy—it's ugly, what a shame! And access to the hotel section is neither practical nor pleasant. The bedding was very comfortable and the cleanliness impeccable. The restaurant was wonderful, and dinner was exceptional! Everything was beautiful and delicious. The menu prices were reasonable. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. I will most certainly return to the restaurant, but I will not book a room again, as the cost is excessive for what is offered.

The restaurant is now run by Cyril after being bought by a couple of Dutch people and the atmosphere is now wonderful. The staff are friendly and great fun. Food is high end with chefs taking great pride in their work. Obviously the terrace overlooking miles of countryside and sea is very special. Highly recommend.

We ate at the restaurant for Christmas after 3 years having learned that the establishment was under new ownership and managed by Cyril. So happy to come back as the vibe was more relaxed and the food still amazing. Bravo to Cyril and the chef and team!
