A surprise, a delight, an explosion of colors and subtle flavors, the chef's generosity in welcoming you warmly and telling you about his dishes and wines—pure bliss! A truly excellent place! The chef personally greets you and, just by showing you the menu, makes your mouth water with his passion for cooking. This impression is confirmed when you taste the extraordinarily refined dishes. A warm and welcoming person who loves his work and enjoys sharing his passion! I can't wait to go back!

11/02/2026: First visit to this place for a friend's birthday. It seems to be a restaurant/party venue judging by the number of people celebrating that night! I'm not a fan of loud music during meals, as it makes it difficult to chat with friends, but I have to admit the DJs know how to create a great atmosphere and get the dance floor going. The food is good too, so definitely don't hesitate.
07/02/2026: Thank you to all the team and the owner for this superb evening, everything was perfect. I will be back very soon with friends to party and eat because the food was top-notch, the presentation was beautiful and the food delicious. If you want to have a good time, I recommend Technopole.

24/11/2025: Very good brasserie with original dishes, very friendly staff, easy parking, pleasant but somewhat noisy dining room.
02/10/2025: A big thank you to the entire Pied Ardent team for this delicious experience! The welcome was warm, the service efficient and attentive. The dishes were generous, tasty, and beautifully presented. BRAVO to the chef, a truly delicious dish! A special mention for the speculoos tiramisu, what a treat. The value for money is excellent. I highly recommend this place and we will be happy to return! Véro and Wesley
