10/01/2025: We had dinner the first evening because it was the only place open to welcome us after 8 p.m. and we were not disappointed. Particularly with the warm and very professional, fast and efficient welcome from Cyrille. We wanted a light dinner and the fish soup as well as the omelette were of very good quality without forgetting the plate of very good quality cheeses (I have been a professional cheesemaker for five generations and I know what I am talking about). As a result, we went there three times the following day and had dinner: very good onion soup and rack of lamb from the salt meadow, I think. In any case excellent and always with this gentleman (Cyrille) at the top. I understand the prices given the location and it is far from being shocking contrary to what I have read in some reviews.
