We felt warmly welcomed as soon as we entered your establishment. It was a Thursday lunchtime, and the ground floor dining room was quite full with only a couple of empty tables. Having heard about your upstairs dining room, I asked if we could be seated there. To our great surprise, we were the only guests and enjoyed a perfect atmosphere with a breathtaking view of the Cathedral. We were advised to try the set menu, which delighted our palates, and that was our choice. A blend of local produce (short supply chain), authentic cuisine prepared with care, and a very welcoming staff. I highly recommend this culinary experience in Rodez!

So, friends, go there without hesitation! The waitresses are absolutely top-notch, the welcome is very warm and professional, they have an eye for detail and even a pleasant tour guide vibe. The food is good, made with quality seasonal ingredients. My wife and I had a fantastic time. I don't just give it a 10 out of 10, I give it a 21 out of 20!
