First pleasant surprise: the restaurant was open on Friday, May 8th. Second: a very warm welcome and friendly service! Our group of five hadn't made a reservation. We were given time to think before ordering, and they kindly provided information about the dishes on offer... Then we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and had a wonderful time!

We had a lovely time on the terrace at lunchtime. The waitress was very pleasant. The shredded beef Parmentier with aligot was absolutely fabulous.

We felt warmly welcomed as soon as we entered your establishment. It was a Thursday lunchtime, and the ground floor dining room was quite full with only a couple of empty tables. Having heard about your upstairs dining room, I asked if we could be seated there. To our great surprise, we were the only guests and enjoyed a perfect atmosphere with a breathtaking view of the Cathedral. We were advised to try the set menu, which delighted our palates, and that was our choice. A blend of local produce (short supply chain), authentic cuisine prepared with care, and a very welcoming staff. I highly recommend this culinary experience in Rodez!

We had a wonderful time!! I don't usually leave reviews, but I highly recommend this! The food was delicious, the waitress was very welcoming and kind, and we had a great time discovering local dishes.

The welcome and service were top-notch, efficient, and quick.
The young woman who took care of our table was professional. The menu and our choices were excellent! I recommend it 100%!
