The food was good but not very generous, especially for the price, and the service was really poor – no smiles, and we had to ask for everything ourselves, several times… in short, we understood why there was space left here and not elsewhere…

A pleasant lunch at L'Authentic. The Savoyard burger was very good, quite substantial, and well-prepared. The dining room is attractive, with tasteful decor, and the view of the canal adds a real bonus to the setting. The service was adequate; overall, a good experience.

We were disappointed; the wait was too long. We ordered a bok choy bowl, but it was missing the mango, even though it's mango season. My husband also ordered meat, but there was hardly anything on his plate—just two pieces that were barely visible. The owner didn't even say hello or goodbye; he was watching the Olympics. Great! We won't be going back.

The restaurant was pleasant, and the staff were friendly, although some seemed a bit inexperienced. There were four of us. The food was quite good, but the burger was slightly overcooked and the Savoyard escalope a little too salty.

Excellent experience.
The staff was competent and we were delighted with our meal (tartiflette). The service was quick; our two-and-a-half-year-old daughter was served less than 10 minutes after sitting down.
