A fantastic discovery in Dunkirk! We had a wonderful time at L’Authentique. The dishes were absolutely delicious, everything was beautifully presented, and the ingredients seemed to be of very high quality. Special mention goes to the charcuterie and cheese board, as well as the main courses—we thoroughly enjoyed every bite! In addition to the food, the staff was delightful: welcoming, smiling, and attentive throughout the meal. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and you immediately feel at ease. A wonderful discovery at lunchtime! We had fish and a kebab. Finally, a restaurant that doesn't skimp on vegetables, a rare find in Dunkirk! We also enjoyed a coffee and enormous, delicious petit fours. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, and the prices are very reasonable for such high-quality food. I can't wait to go back! We stopped here completely spontaneously. From the outside, the place looks a bit odd... but we ventured in anyway and received a very friendly welcome – Google Translate helped both sides. The fact is: it's incredibly small, and you can see the food being cooked right there. What more could you want? You can directly influence your dish. Everything is freshly cooked, with fresh herbs, and presented beautifully. A highly recommended place – if you're ever in the area!

A wonderful discovery! My sweetheart and I were looking for a restaurant in Dunkirk. We stumbled upon this one by chance. It was the highest-rated in the neighborhood! And it certainly lived up to its rating. We both ordered fish. The fish came with a medley of vegetables and homemade mashed potatoes. It was excellent. What's more, the portions were perfect! We often recommend half vegetables, a quarter protein, and a quarter starch. Healthy and delicious food, just the way we like it.
