Hearty and expertly prepared dishes. The rare ribeye was cooked to perfection, as was the duck breast. The meats were incredibly tender, and the side dishes were excellent. Large and generously portioned plates. We came based on the reviews, and we have no regrets!

A must-visit in Tarbes! We stop by L'Autentique every year when we're in the area, and we're never disappointed. The welcome is always warm, the service pleasant, and the food excellent. The restaurant has a very simple storefront, but since we usually trust the reviews, we went in. The local cuisine was very generous and high quality! The waiter was friendly. I recommend it!

Really excellent meat, just missing shallots for the hanger steak, but otherwise cooked exactly as we wanted. No frills at this restaurant. Thank you for a lovely meal.
