A must-visit in Tarbes! We stop by L'Autentique every year when we're in the area, and we're never disappointed. The welcome is always warm, the service pleasant, and the food excellent. Really excellent meat, just missing shallots for the hanger steak, but otherwise cooked exactly as we wanted. No frills at this restaurant. Thank you for a lovely meal.
