🥩 A superb spot for meat lovers We booked a table for 11 at L’Authentique in Tarbes to celebrate a birthday, and we had a fantastic evening! 🎂🥳 I ordered the royal ribeye steak, and honestly… it was amazing! 🥩🔥 The meat was excellent, perfectly cooked, and incredibly flavorful. Everyone at the table thoroughly enjoyed it, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. A great place to eat in Tarbes, especially for meat lovers! We will definitely be back. Well done to the whole team at L’Authentique! 👌😋

Hearty and expertly prepared dishes. The rare ribeye was cooked to perfection, as was the duck breast. The meats were incredibly tender, and the side dishes were excellent. Large and generously portioned plates. We came based on the reviews, and we have no regrets!

A must-visit in Tarbes! We stop by L'Autentique every year when we're in the area, and we're never disappointed. The welcome is always warm, the service pleasant, and the food excellent. You can feel their commitment to quality and their desire to please their customers. It's become a true annual tradition for us. Thank you to the whole team, and see you next year!

The restaurant has a very simple storefront, but since we usually trust the reviews, we went in. The local cuisine was very generous and high quality! The waiter was friendly. I recommend it!

02/09/2026: Fantastic restaurant in the heart of Tarbes, in a quiet neighborhood. We had a wonderful dinner on the terrace last night. The food was excellent. The ribeye and tournedos were perfectly cooked. The desserts were delicious. Thank you to the servers, and especially to the charming young brunette with the lovely accent. We will gladly return on our next visit to Tarbes.
