We had a wonderful time at this restaurant with colleagues, a place we rarely get to visit. Colin's warm welcome, his humor, and the quality of the service all contributed to creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. As for the food, it was a true delight from start to finish, from the salmon tartare to the dessert. I'll definitely be back!

We came as a party of four on Friday, May 22, 2026! And we have absolutely no regrets. The service was exceptional, the waiter was pleasant, and the food was simply perfect: a perfect egg with a cloud-like texture, and the sea bream was cooked to perfection. To top it all off, the pistachio and white chocolate fondant was simply sensational! Thank you for this wonderful experience, we will be back! ☺️

An exceptional stay! I spent 5 days and 4 nights at this hotel-restaurant, and everything was truly top-notch from beginning to end. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and very pleasant, and the restaurant offers delicious dishes made with high-quality ingredients. You can feel the attention to detail, both in the food and the service.
