Le Regina - FERMÉ sur Andrezieux-Boutheon

Thank you to the waitresses! We came as a family today with a very specific request, and everything went wonderfully, even more so because we noticed all the thoughtful little touches! What's more, the food was fantastic :)

First experience (children's gift) - a very good choice... excellent meal, beautiful setting, friendly staff. I recommend it.

The dishes were generally of very good quality at affordable prices, despite one plate containing burnt potatoes. The appetizers were exquisite. The main area for improvement is the service, which lacks organization. In fact, the appetizer was served without the ordered wine, as the bottle only arrived with the main course despite our repeated requests. It's a shame because the menu offered by this restaurant is otherwise of good quality!

I loved it... The setting, the absolutely excellent food, the friendly staff (one incredibly attentive waitress), the speed of service, and especially the great value for money. The icing on the cake: I asked for a starter that was on another menu, which they initially refused, only to surprise me with the one I wanted when I was finally served... Just so sweet of them... I'll definitely be back!

A wonderful discovery. A very warm welcome and very friendly staff. The set menu, starting at €31 and going up to €43, is very tempting. Delicious, generous, and original dishes. Special mention for the smoked prawns! In short, a lovely time in a beautiful setting. We'll be back.

Excellent cuisine. Lovely menu. Friendly welcome. Beautiful dining room. Just a few minor points for improvement: The table was wobbly. The menu, presented on a single sheet of paper, was out of place with the setting. Our order was taken well after we'd had our aperitif. As a result, the amuse-bouches (which were very good, by the way) were served very late. We'd already finished our aperitif. Despite these minor issues, a great place to eat.

This was our third visit, and certainly our last... a meal that lasted over four hours... a bit complicated with children. There's clearly a lack of competent staff... numerous extra charges on the dishes... and a complete lack of customer service. When there are four children's menus at €26 each, and we asked to change a dessert in one of them, they said yes, but with an extra charge, even though all the desserts on the regular menu are the same price... it's just not good. The same goes for the dessert platters; when we mentioned that the cotton candy ice cream wasn't to our liking, we waited for them to offer a different flavor, and again, nothing; we had to ask... it's a shame because the setting is nice and the food is good, except for the desserts, which weren't up to par. It's a pity because it used to be good.

The set menu is excellent, refined, and inexpensive! €22 for a complete meal with two choices of starters, main courses, and desserts.

Our second visit to this restaurant was far more disappointing than the first. Upon arrival, we requested a high chair for our 18-month-old baby (we had specified this when making our reservation by phone), and the waitress had a rather unpleasant expression on her face. We then waited a long time before our order for aperitifs was taken. Overall, the service was very slow and poorly managed. Fortunately, the food was very good and saved our afternoon.
