A memorable place, with a very effective decor and concept.
The waiter is friendly, the waitress a little less so, but still professional.
The menu is appealing, the charcuterie is decent, the brocciu crepe is equally good, the veal sauté with olives is pleasant, and the corn polenta is also acceptable.
Overall, the food is good; the quality of the dishes is satisfactory, though not reaching the island's top standards, sometimes at the same price.
It's definitely a place worth discovering.

We hadn't booked, but they found us a table for two in about half an hour on August 15th.
Fixed menu (how nice, for those who can't decide), with five courses. Two appetizers, a main course, cheese, and dessert for €39.50.
Generous portions, the roast lamb melted in your mouth, and the cheeses with fig and walnut jam convinced me to go to the trouble of writing this review.
Quick to serve and friendly, many of the waiters speak Italian and are all proud of their place. They've had the same menu for 35 years, and the place is decorated like a small village from another era. For water, you get up and fill your own carafe at the "fountain."

A very pleasant surprise in Ajaccio, we really feel like we're in Haute Corse. Cuisine with local products, well-cooked, excellent dishes, superb room decor, attentive, smiling and very welcoming staff. We had a very good time, thank you. Philippe.
