Always very good and original. We go there every time we pass through Collioure, when we remember to book well in advance. Very nice sommelier waitress.

In a simple, but welcoming setting, we loved this restaurant where there is a mix of land and sea dishes, a mixture of flavors and colors, the raw tuna was succulent, the waitress takes the time to explain each dish to you with a little touch of humor.
I was impressed by the calm and organization of the leader I observed.
Too bad we live 900 km away, I would have loved to come back to discover other dishes.

A superb place, perfect welcome and service. The cuisine is of great finesse, both in the construction of the dishes and in the seasoning/cooking/marinating of each dish. Rare value for money! Worth a star according to my palate. well done to both of you.

Passing through this magnificent village for a few days, we had the chance to pass by this place.
What a magnificent discovery!!!!!
it was original, fresh, exquisite, in short, from the wine to the dishes ending with the coffee, perfection at a very affordable price with the added bonus of the wise advice from the owner.
I already know that we will come back.....

Magnificent meal of very beautiful fusion cuisine in which fish takes the spotlight.
A delight for the taste buds, all accompanied by a good local white wine, which we were able to recommend.

Very good restaurant, very nice lunch discovery menu. Everything is fresh, light and particularly well seasoned. Japanese influence present accurately. Very good Camargue sake which goes well with this salty meal. Thank you and good luck.

Dans une ambiance conviviale, une cuisine fusion et creative d’un chef japonais qui utilise des produits locaux. Le résultat est un délice de l’amuse bouche au dessert. À ne pas manquer !
A good experience with a lot of originality in the dishes. It’s a taste journey. The children liked it, I recommend it.

This is a small and exclusive Japanese "fusion" restaurant that you must book. There was only a fixed tasting menu on the night we visited at €55 each. There is a single chef and one serving staff but the evening proceeded efficiently. The food, of course, was based on rice and fish and there is no problem with the quality. However there was no menu and we did not realise that we would have 2 starters followed by a large main course again based on rice and fish. In general the courses were too large and not attractively presented as in the Japanese style. It is a case of less being more. The bill for 2 was €186 but we did have a good cocktail and bottle of wine.
