Intimate, creative, and beautifully executed, it offers a dining experience that feels both personal and exceptional. The cuisine is a refined fusion of local Roussillon ingredients and Japanese techniques, led by Chef Masashi Iijima. Each dish is thoughtful, elegant, and full of subtle flavor. Standout creations such as the apple-wasabi millefeuille and the langoustine carpaccio with truffle oil and wakame are both original and perfectly balanced. Many courses easily rival those of Michelin-starred restaurants. The restaurant often offers a set tasting menu, which ensures the absolute freshness of ingredients — especially the locally sourced fish — and allows the kitchen’s creativity to shine. With only a small number of tables and an open kitchen, the atmosphere is calm, intimate, and engaging, letting guests appreciate the precision and focus behind each dish. A wonderful discovery! We had lunch at the restaurant, the set menu, and it was absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, refined, and delicious! We especially loved the cocktail (a reimagined Gin Fizz with ginger), which was perfectly balanced, as well as the dessert (a matcha green tea pavlova with bean paste, lemon, and sorbet) which truly transported us. We'll be back to try the dinner menu!

Discovered by chance... But what a delightful surprise! Subtle, creative, surprising flavors... In short, a delight. And to top it all off, a warm and attentive welcome, and poetic touches in the descriptions of the dishes and wines. We spent New Year's Eve dinner at this establishment. The service, the choice of ingredients, the presentation—everything was impeccable except for the overly salty food, hence my four-star rating. A shame.

Highly recommended... Whenever we go to Collioure, it's our restaurant. Both for food, service and atmosphere. Cozy place, the waitress very friendly and attentive. And the food, very good and well presented! It's not a cheap place, but for everything, it's worth it... A 10!!

A perfect dinner, a refined Japanese-Western blend that you won't forget. A must-try when visiting Collioure; it would be a real shame to miss it. I highly recommend it, and I will definitely be back. Kudos to the chef and kudos to the efficient service.

incredible experience. never really been anywhere like it. everyone eats the same tasting menu and the food was incredible. if you can get a table go, you should definitely reserve. special mention for the waitress that handled the room expertly and was constantly smiling and translating everything to English for us. thanks again! we will be back. wonderful wonderful place
